Property Maintenance and Repairs
We offer a fixed-fee solution for investigating and addressing various roofing and maintenance issues. We locate and repair roof leaks, address building moisture problems, conduct general roof maintenance, and handle minor roof repairs. The service includes on-the-spot repairs when possible, followed by a comprehensive plan and quote for any additional work, enabling easy comparison with other quotes if desired.

As well as providing Design Consultation and Reporting we also provide sales support to local agents. We run regular property development workshops and training for Real Estate Agents in the inner west. We can also help with planning and 3D Renders for your next sales campaign. At Ballast Point, we will work directly with you to ensure a seamless transition between design, approval and construction of your project. Following approval we like to review and revisit the original project objectives to ensure that we are still on track (and sometimes your priorities can change along the way!) Following this, the project architect continues to oversee the project while working directly with the construction team all the way to completion. We will keep you informed at all times through regular site meetings and ongoing communication so that you’re always in the loop and always involved in the process regardless of if you’ve done it a dozen times or if it’s your first time doing any kind of development.
