3D Bathroom Design

• On site inspection and measure of existing bathroom

• Presentation of concept bathroom design, including:

  • Floor plans

  • Elevations

  • 3D renders

  • Supplier recommendations

• Detailed documentation for quotation and construction

  • Floor plans with detailed set-out

  • Elevations showing fixtures & finishes

  • Schedules of fixtures & finishes

• This assumes work is classed as ‘Exempt Development’. If construction approvals are required or the scope is beyond what is listed above, we can provide these services for an additional fee.

Inner West, Sydney City, Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore

• The service includes a complete 3D design of a bathroom based on your existing bathroom layout by our architectural team. This involves repositioning fittings, fixtures, lighting, and the bathroom door if necessary.

• An on-site inspection is required as part of the design package, which will be attended to by a member of the Ballast Point team. We will take measurements and photos to get a clear understanding of the existing space and to build our 3D model.

• Following the presentation of the first concept, (via zoom call or email—whichever works best for you) we will make one round of revisions following your feedback. Please note that additional revisions beyond this will incur an extra fee.

• The final deliverable will be a 3D design of one bathroom, including the repositioned fixtures and layout adjustments as discussed.

• We will schedule a site inspection within 1 week of booking, we will provide the first concept within 2 weeks.

• The fixed fee must be paid in full upon acceptance of the service agreement prior to commencement of work.

• The design will be based on assumptions about existing services and drainage, and no plumbing or drainage investigations will be conducted.

• The specification of hot water systems is excluded from this service.

• The design presumes that a simple mechanical exhaust system can be installed without additional complications.

• No structural changes to the walls or other parts of the house will be made, except for adjustments to the bathroom door placement if relevant.

• The design is limited to one bathroom area only and does not cover other parts of the property.

• This service focuses on design and visualisation only and does not include physical construction, plumbing, electrical work, or site modifications. But don’t worry—Ballast Point can handle all of that too. Get in touch to learn more about our construction services.
