What Happens on the Day — and What's Included
- ✓Full visual inspection and diagnosis of the issue, whether roof, structural, or general maintenance
- ✓For roof and damp issues: detailed water testing to replicate the leak, ceiling cut-out if feasible, and camera inspection where possible
- ✓Same-day repairs where possible: resealing, re-flashing, minor fixes, and general maintenance works carried out on the spot
- ✓If the issue can't be fully resolved on the day, a temporary repair to prevent further damage and a clear action plan so you know exactly what comes next
- ✓Detailed written report with photos and a transparent quote for any recommended works
