2Water testing for roof and damp issues Detailed water testing to replicate the leak, ceiling cut-out if feasible, and camera inspection where possible.

3Same-day repairs where possible Resealing, re-flashing, minor fixes, and general maintenance works carried out on the spot.

4Temporary repair if needed If the issue can't be fully resolved on the day, a temporary repair to prevent further damage and a clear action plan so you know exactly what comes next.
