Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter, Prize Partner, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the entry form via the QR code promoted at the Balmain Public School Family Fund Day, 20 September 2025.
Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.
Entries that are incomplete or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on Saturday 20 September and closes on Monday 22 September at 9am.
Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
4. Prize
The prize is a Design & Sustainability Consultation + Report + Sketches
The total prize pool is valued at $4,125
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter and Prize Partner reserve the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if required.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 22 September.
The draw will take place at the Ballast Point Office, 314 Darling St Balmain
The winner will be notified via phone & email within 2 business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
6. Use of Personal Information
By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting winners, and sending marketing communications.
If the competition is run in collaboration with a Prize Partner, entrant details will also be shared with the Prize Partner for the purposes of administering the prize and sending marketing communications. The Prize Partner’s use of personal information is subject to their own Privacy Policy.
Entrants can unsubscribe from communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in emails or contacting the Promoter directly.
7. Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and Prize Partner will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants in connection with the competition or prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, lost, or misdirected.
8. General
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if required.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
