Boutique terrace housing for well designed in-fill development in the inner city

An old industrial site at a former chocolate factory has been reimagined as a contemporary row of terraces within the revitalised Green Square–Zetland precinct. Each residence was designed for generous modern living, featuring a self-contained granny flat above the garage and a custom car lift for added convenience.

Precast concrete panels were used to streamline construction and deliver a refined architectural finish. The full development was completed in just 18 months, demonstrating efficient urban design and the best of contemporary inner-city living.
