A spacious new house designed to support ageing in place

Designed as a long-term home to age in place, this knock-down rebuild also needed to support extended family living and entertaining. The centrepiece is a double-height kitchen and living area, anchored by polished concrete floors and serviced by a lift for future accessibility.

The layout maximises natural light and comfort, particularly through the home’s northern aspect. A generous outdoor entertaining zone with a pool completes the design, creating a versatile space ideal for multigenerational gatherings.
