You book us we get in and start investigating and fixing what we can.
We fix problems before they turn into major issues, saving you money on bigger and potentially more costly repairs down the track.
We inspect your home thoroughly, create a detailed home maintenance manual — kind of like your car’s logbook — and highlight maintenance items critical to safety and the longevity of your home.
We then create a service plan, prioritising urgent repairs, and develop a schedule for ongoing maintenance.
Contractors often find it hard to provide quotes for several reasons: they're too busy, the problem and solution aren't always obvious, the job may require multiple types of contractors, the project could be too big or complex to assess quickly, and safe access might need to be set up, which takes time and effort.
Our half and full-day services help save you money because we do everything in one go, including such things as checking your AC and cleaning the filter, plumbing and electrics, landscaping, cleaning gutters and roof repairs.
