Hampton Court

Located on a corner site in the Inner West, this project involved the design of a completely new house. The form of the building was heavily influenced by the need to transition between a one-storey cottage and a two-storey building typology from each intersecting street, whilst retaining existing view corridors and creating pockets of green space for the residents. The materiality playfully reflects the existing building on the site, which bears the name ‘Hampton Court’.
