Fueled by a genuine passion for his craft, Weng has over 20 years of experience in construction across a plethora of different environments. From commercial infrastructure and large-scale urban projects such as the Sydney Tower and the Chatswood Chase, to residential housing such as student colleges for the University of Wollongong; Through his skilled handiwork and extensive expertise in his field, he is committed to creating quality ergonomic and aesthetically appealing spaces for the wider community to enjoy.

As a detail-orientated individual, he believes even the smallest features of a building determine its overall comfort and feel, striving for utmost perfection in every endeavour through his reputable craftsmanship.

Outside of work, he enjoys 3D modelling, woodworking, and designing — from making furniture around the home, to creating model toys and renovating rooms for his kids.
