Colin began his carpentry and joinery apprenticeship at 16, accumulating 20 years in construction. Originally from Scotland, he specialises in traditional residential builds, heritage renovations, and diverse commercial projects, including hospitals and airports.

Named Apprentice of the Year in 2006, Colin also excelled as a finalist for the James Birnie Award for Craft Excellence. In Sweden for 3 years, Colin restored a 300-year-old Stockholm hotel and handled intricate shop fitting. In Australia for 8 years, he focuses on Sydney’s high-end residential projects, finding joy in construction’s challenges and rewards.

Outside work, Colin enjoys beach outings with his dog Ralphie, golfing, and fishing.
