We meet with you on site and listen to your concerns — where you’ve seen leaks, damp, cracking, movement, or anything that needs attention.

We carry out a full visual inspection of the affected area and the surrounding building envelope — roof, gutters, flashings, chimney, walls, drainage, or structure — and take photos.

We diagnose the real problem, not just the symptom. For leaks and damp, that means water testing to trace the actual source. For structural, drainage, or other issues, it means investigating properly before we recommend a fix.

Where needed, we go further — opening a ceiling panel, lifting a tile or sheet, excavating to inspect drainage or footings, or using an inspection camera to find where the problem is tracking from.

We carry out urgent repairs on the spot where possible — resealing, reflashing, or temporary fixes to stop damage and make things safe.

We provide a full written report with photos, plus a detailed scope of works and cost estimate for any further repairs if required.
