We meet you on site and listen to what’s going on: what you’ve noticed, what’s worrying you and what you’d like fixed.

A qualified tradesperson inspects the affected areas for up to 30 minutes and takes photos. We bring a ladder and can get up on the roof, onto the balcony, or wherever we need to look.

We give you advice on the spot about what we think should be done.

We write up a scope of works that sets out exactly what the job involves, so it can be priced properly.

We give you a proposal with a detailed cost estimate for the work.

Your scope, proposal and photos are reviewed by a licensed builder before they’re sent to you.

Note

This is an inspection only. We look, assess and advise, but no repair work is done on the day. It’s best for larger repair and maintenance jobs, or a list of jobs you need help sorting out.
